... on Strike- like the entire London Underground yesterday.
Yesterday there was a 23 hour strike by the workers of the London Underground. The city was flooded with cars and the buses were packed. People everywhere were grumpy and pushy. It wasn't too much of a problem for me because I didn't really need the tube until we left for Hamlet (because I was doing homework all day!).
Dinner was DELICIOUS. We stopped at a chain of Latin food called Las Iguanas. Everything Gluten Free, containing nuts and vegetarian was clearly labeled on the menu. IT WAS AWESOME.
Hamlet was... the best rendition of Shakespeare I've ever seen. The set was minimal but so cool, the lighting was very basic but effective and the acting was superb!
I'll write more on that later, I just wanted to update before I run off to my tutorial and then off to see Phantom of the Opera! Should be a good day
tomorrow... to Paris!
