I know that these results can be inaccurate and should be taken as a guideline rather than anything solid or final. The results can be swayed by things you eat in large quantities or within the few days before the test. I'm taking some of my results (chicken, nuts, turkey, garlic and basil) as things that I ate in larger quantities before I took the test and things like the several fish species, melon, wheat (though interestingly enough not barely, rye, malt or oats?), and straight cows milk to be fairly legitimate because I don't consume those in very high quantities and a positive reaction to that could mean that I actually have a slight reaction to them and therefore I will avoid them for the most part. (Salmon! Finally I have an excuse to not eat it! Ha-HA!)
Anyway, for any of you who are interested, here are my results...
